2- Cooperative and collaborated because I believe that there is an additional job duty should be mentioned in every single job description whatever that position is, which is “providing any help possible to let the company work in harmony”, so let’s say I’m working in Marketing for example and I have some hobbies and interested in IT like in how to build websites, blog and make firewalls extra. I can share my knowledge and experience with the IT department to benefit the company that both of us are working for the thing that will benefit both of us in return later on.
